What does it cost?
The first month is free, and you do not have to decide anything during it. The plans are all in the app: download it to find the one that suits your venue.
Do I need to buy anything?
No. A phone or a tablet with the app is all it takes — no scanner, no terminal, no cards to print. After your free month we send you a stand with a QR code, so your customers can download the app.
What if my customers do not have the app?
They download it free in a few seconds, and your card is the first thing they find in it.
Will my staff have to learn something?
No. All they do is scan the customer's QR code, then add points or validate a card the customer already has. The app is built to be obvious from the very first scan.
Can I change the reward later?
A card template cannot be edited once it is created, but you can always delete it and create new ones, up to three at a time. If a customer already has a card from the old template, you can revoke it and move their points onto the new one, or let them finish the old card. How you handle it is entirely up to you.
